What is your return policy for hats?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure the hat is shipped back in a box to prevent crushing or deformation during transit.
How should I clean and maintain my hat?
Maintenance depends on the material. Felt hats should be brushed with a soft-bristle brush, while straw hats can be wiped with a damp cloth. Always avoid soaking your hats in water unless specified.
How long does shipping take?

Can I reshape a hat if it gets crushed?
Many of our wool and felt hats can be reshaped using a handheld garment steamer. Gently steam the area and mold it back into place with your hands, then let it dry naturally.
